 Return & Refund Policy 

We have a 7-day No question asked return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Post 7 days from receipt of item, you will not be able to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 To start a return, follow the below steps:

Option 1: 

  1.       Log into your Account at this link - https://account.crazymosquitoes.com
  2.       Select the relevant Order for the item to be returned
  3.       Click on the "Request Return" button & select the items you wish to return
  4.       If your return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup of the order/product. (You might  need to send pictures of the product or the exact issue before the return is accepted.)  
  5.       Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Option 2: 

Pls write to us at hello@crazymosquitoes.com or whatsapp us at 7021354239 with your order number and issue. We may need you to send us some pictures of issue before the return is accepted. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue.

 Exceptions / Non-Returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal hygiene product (such as masks, Undergarments & Socks).

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on crazymosquitoes.com at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically get a refund to your original payment method. Once refund is done, it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account/credit card statement.

We might alternately ask you for your bank details or UPI ID to initiate a direct refund. Pls note all COD orders will be refunded via these channels. COD fees will not be refunded.

Please note that collection fee will be excluded from the refund unless goods returned are faulty or not as ordered.

Limit on Cash on Delivery order

We support Cash on Delivery for Orders up to Rs. 5000 in most locations. We may not be able to accept Cash on Delivery in select pincodes due to logistical constraints. In such a case, please use the numerous options under Online payments
